  • Is ABS-M30 strong enough for real production parts?

    Yes. ABS-M30 is significantly stronger and tougher than standard FDM ABS, offering up to 25–70% improvement depending on geometry. It is frequently used for low-volume production, industrial jigs, fixtures, and functional prototypes that must withstand real mechanical testing. 

  • Can ABS-M30 be machined after printing?

    Absolutely. ABS-M30 can be drilled, tapped, milled, or CNC-finished to achieve higher precision. XC Machining often uses hybrid manufacturing: FDM printing for complex geometry and CNC machining for tight-tolerance surfaces or mounting features. 

  • Is ABS-M30 suitable for outdoor or high-temperature applications?

    ABS-M30 performs well in normal indoor environments but is not ideal for prolonged outdoor exposure due to UV sensitivity. For sunlight-exposed or high-temperature applications, ABS-M30 is not recommended, ASA or PC-ABS are better choices. 

  • Does ABS-M30 produce visible layer lines? Can they be removed?
