As a technical service team leader, you will be responsible for the technical and disciplinary management of the technical service team for the internal maintenance of our machinery.

Your tasks with us:

  • Responsible for the provision, cross-technology maintenance and servicing of manufacturing systems, carrying out material changes, upgrades and parameterization as well as maintaining service intervals in coordination with related departments
  • Close collaboration with production teams, quality assurance and supply chain management
  • Ensuring the measurement, evaluation and analysis of process parameters
  • Coordination and coordination of third-party service providers and external service partners
  • Process optimization and processing of quality complaints
  • Defining and tracking standardized processes with regard to machine preparation and material handling
  • Responsibility for key figures in relation to OEE

Your requirements:

  • Successfully completed technical university degree (Bachelor or Master) or technical vocational training with further training to become an industrial master or technician
  • Experience in technical maintenance or field service and in process development
  • Experience in 3D printing
  • Strong awareness of occupational safety
  • Very good IT skills: Microsoft Office, CAD experience
  • Structured and analytical approach with a high level of service understanding
  • Sense of responsibility, ability to work in a team and technical experience
  • Initial experience in employee management and operational planning
  • Languages: German, English
