Our mills and lathes run 3, 4 and 5 axis. We cut aluminum, steel, titanium and brass, along with most engineering plastics. On tight work we hold ±0.005 mm. Most prototypes are on a truck within 3 days.
Five technologies, SLA, SLS, FDM, MJF and SLM, so the process fits the part instead of the other way round. Layers down to 25 μm. No tooling means parts in 2 to 5 days, and you can change the file as often as you need to.
We mold in ABS, PC, Nylon, PP, PEEK and about 50 other resins. The tool gets built for your volume, so a 5,000 shot mold costs less than one rated for a million. Surface finishes run the full SPI range, A-1 through D-3. First articles land in 15 to 25 days.
High pressure die casting in aluminum, zinc and magnesium. We can hold walls as thin as 0.8 mm and tolerances at ±0.05 mm. The economics start working around 1,000 parts and keep working past 500,000.
We cut with laser, plasma and waterjet, then bend and weld to your drawing. Anything from 0.5 mm shim stock up to 6 mm plate, usually steel or aluminum. Powder coating, anodizing and plating are in house.
We cast urethane in silicone molds pulled off a master pattern. It’s the right call for 20 to 50 copies when tooling doesn’t make sense yet. Accuracy sits around ±0.1 mm and parts land in about 10 days.
A 3 axis mill has to reclamp the part to reach each face, and every reclamp costs a little accuracy. On a 5 axis machine the head tilts, not the part. Complex parts come off in one setup, held to ±0.005 mm.
Most engineers want a real part in hand before they pay for tooling. We machine, print or cast it, whichever suits the design. Prototypes leave here in 3 to 5 days.
